I'll start this off by saying I don't think I've ever given a full 5 stars in every category before. I go here at least once a week for me and my GF. This place is so great. The best salad dressing I've ever had(Rasberry vinaigrette). It is absolutely to kill for. I went to culinary school and I can say for absolute certainty that this place truly cares about the food they are making. Not only has everything I've had here been excellent but it has single handedly severed me the best cooked steak I've ever had(Rare with extra seasoning) it's as good if not better than me making one myself. I can't praise this place enough. It doesn't just stop with food either when ever there are town events they are always front and center helping out. If you want to try a food place in the area look no further, because this is the best.

Housed in a beautifully renovated historic brick building that once served as a local grocery store, the team has done an incredible job since opening in 2019, transforming it into a vibrant community hub. From a chef's perspective, it’s clear they focus on executing dishes well and delivering them efficiently, which is no small feat. I recently dined for dinner and was impressed with the seamless operation. My fish taco, paired with sweet potato fries, showcased fresh ingredients and solid technique. The staff here truly stands out; their amazing attentiveness and genuine hospitality make every guest feel valued. This efficiency, combined with a quick turn-around on orders, is what keeps both locals and tourists coming back. It’s also a place I’d bring my own family – it’s very kid-friendly, even if they don't stock highchairs. This is a place that understands its market and consistently delivers. Parking is easy, a big plus in any downtown area, and you can expect about a 15-minute wait which speaks to its popularity. I'd absolutely return. And speaking of highlights, if you’re looking for a signature dish that really embodies their approach, "The Western Burger" is absolutely worth trying.
